Claim your guarantee by:

1. adding your proof of purchase (optional), a photo and a remark with further information.
2. fill in the quantity requested and proceed the order process.

We will evaluate your request and determine if you can claim guarantee. When guarantee can be claimed we will not charge you with any administrative or delivery cost.

Product identification

To be able to send this item free of charge, we need the serial number of your BBQ. In this way we can take care of sending the right part and it will shorten the delivery time. You can find this serial number above the bar code on the packaging or on the product itself with a grey sticker. On the patio barbecues you will find this number on the inside of the door.
